You will oversee a team of Island Hosts, coordinate guest activities, and provide exceptional personalized service. - Proven experience in a guest relations or hospitality role, with previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. - Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
