We are seeking a talented and innovative Engineer to join our dynamic team in Wrocław, Poland. As an Engineer in our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions to complex problems across various projects and industries. - Develop and optimize engineering solutions to meet project requirements and specifications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze problems and propose effective technical solutions - Create detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software - Conduct thorough analysis and testing of engineering systems and components - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices - Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in engineering technologies and methodologies - Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team - Prepare and present technical reports and documentation for stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); Master's degree preferred - Proven experience in engineering design, development, and implementation - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in relevant programming languages and engineering software tools - Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and data analysis tools - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and lean manufacturing principles is a plus - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies - Professional engineering certification or license is a plus
