Position: Project Manager - Yardi ERP Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite - 5 days/week) Type: Long-Term Contract  We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a company-wide Yardi ERP implementation for our client, along with additional enterprise IT and organizational initiatives. What You’ll Do: - Lead Yardi Implementation: Own the master project plan, schedule, risk/issue log, and budget from go-live through stabilization using milestone/Gantt-based methodologies. - Manage Stakeholders & Vendors: Coordinate between internal business units (Property Management, Accounting, Legal) and external implementation partners (Yardi/third-party vendors). - Drive Strategic IT Initiatives: Expand your impact across future enterprise projects including M365, identity & security, and document management.
