Senior Counsel (Director Level) – EMEA, Remote in the UK (977-SLS)

Our client, a rapidly growing private cloud company at the forefront of real-time analytics, data warehousing and AI workloads, has exclusively engaged Solutus Legal Search to recruit a Senior Counsel to support its expanding EMEA business. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this is a director-level individual contributor role within the company’s EMEA commercial legal team. This attorney will independently lead complex, high-value transactions across the region, serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and work closely with legal colleagues on regional priorities. The role calls for strong negotiating skills, sound commercial judgement and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through challenging deal decisions.
