If you are a keen learner, self-driven, and looking to be a part of a team that is passionate with helping each other, we want to hear from you. - Support the fundraising process from NDA and dataroom creation until due diligence process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update business matrix and financial performance - Support the Investor Relation process such as board meeting material preparation, investor data request etc. - Analyze company matrix, financial performance and business data for FPNA and management presentation. - Maintaining dataroom version and monthly data update for investor and internal monitoring - Min. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field - Have min. 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance - Experienced with building financial model and company valuation (DCF, Comparables) - Experienced with FPNA, creating and/or monitoring business matrix - Solid understanding of PnL, Balance Sheet and Cashflow - Experienced in fundraising process, investors relations (dataroom, board meeting, etc.) - Good skill with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint - Experienced with creating and/or updating investment deck, drafting response to Information-Request-List (QnA) from investors
