Gatehouse Security Officer Location: Scunthorpe Pay: £13.45 per hour Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off rotating days and nights (6:00am–6:00pm / 6:00pm–6:00am) We are looking for a reliable and professional Gatehouse Security Officer to join our team in Scunthorpe. This role is ideal for someone who is vigilant, customer-focused, and comfortable working a mixture of gatehouse duties and site patrols. Key responsibilities - Controlling vehicle entry and exit to the site - Booking vehicles in and maintaining accurate records - Monitoring CCTV systems and reporting incidents - Carrying out computer and telephone-based administrative tasks - Conducting regular site patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises - Providing excellent customer service to visitors, contractors, and staff Requirements - Strong communication and IT skills - Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating 4 on, 4 off pattern - A professional, dependable, and proactive approach - Previous security experience and a valid SIA licence are preferred Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour If you're looking for a stable, full-time security role with a consistent shift pattern, we'd like to hear from you.
