Greenslopes Private Hospital has a fantastic opportunity available for a Quality and Risk Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis!  Acting as the accountable representative for the Hospital Quality Management System, this position will see you lead a highly skilled and functioning team that monitors and responds to our health outcomes to ensure the hospital is continuously providing high quality and safe patient care. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitor, develop and implement strategies and systems that ensure the delivery of safe, high quality and patient centred services. - Foster a culture of safety across the hospital through excellent communication and continuous improvement. - Ensure adherence to national policies, the National Safety and Quality Health Service and supporting standards and other regulatory requirements. - Establish collaborative working relationships with clinical and non-clinical leaders across the Hospital and the broader Ramsay Health Care network.  About You To be successful in this role, you will: Be a self-motivated professional with excellent communication and leadership skills to drive a culture of safety across a large-scale, multidisciplinary organisation. With excellent organisational skills, you are detail oriented and have proven strategic planning, workforce management and policy development skills.
