PURCHASER Own the materials pipeline that keeps a luxury shop running. McKenzie Craft fabricates custom millwork out of our 25,000 sq ft shop in Miami. We are looking for a Purchaser to manage procurement end to end — sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and making sure the right stock is on the floor before production needs it. What you will do - Run day-to-day purchasing to support the production schedule - Evaluate suppliers on price, quality, availability, and reliability, and negotiate terms accordingly - Create, issue, and manage purchase orders, verified against approved material lists and specifications - Coordinate deliveries and resolve shipping and supply issues as they surface - Attend weekly production meetings to forecast material needs and catch shortages early - Maintain and audit the materials library, inventory tracking systems, and purchasing reports - Process daily credit card receipts and enter invoices into financial software - Keep documentation clean across takeoffs, purchase orders, shipping ETAs, delivery routes, and shipping tickets What you bring - Experience in purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination - Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills - Knowledge of architectural millwork and casework products preferred - High school diploma or equivalent - Clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs in a shop environment Salaried, exempt.
