Incorporated in 1997 and based in Troy-Michigan, Excyl is a full service recruiting firm specializing in the placement of Technology (IT), Engineering, Clerical and Light Industrial professionals DevOps Engineer| Long Term Contract | #REMOTE SKILLSETS NEEDED: - Significant development experience (6+ years) with containerization and Docker - Container Orchestration skills (Example: Kubernetes, AWS ECS or AWS EKS 6+ years) - Deep experience with Java programming (10+ years) and REST service development. - Significant experience (6+ years) with microservice frameworks like Spring Boot  - Significant experience (6+ years) with DevOps tools (Git/Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins) - Experience (6+ years) with code quality tools (SonarQube, Checkmarx) - Experience (6+ years) with CI-CD and blue-green deploymentsTASKS WILL INCLUDE - Integrate AWS codepipeline with ServiceNow APIs (Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow APIs is a must, JIRA/JIRA Align API skills can transfer, if candidate can learn fast) - Integrate AWS codepipeline with BitBucket APIs (Indepth knowledge of BitBucket APIs is a must, Gitlab/Github/Git API skills can transfer, if candidate can learn fast) - Build codepipeline, codedeploy and codebuild based CICD pipelines using AWS cloudformation (skills like Jenkins Groovy/Pipeline as Code, can transfer if candidate can learn fast) - Develop infrastructure as Code using Cloud formation YAML/JSON (not python Boto3, candidate can transfer skills from Python, if candidate can learn fast) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
