Our global delivery model and proven track record enable companies to realize improved business efficiency and increased profitability. - Must have 2 years of leading a SFDC development team - Very strong verbal and communication skills Basic Qualifications: - Experience with Apex, Visual Force, Apex Triggers, JavaScript - 5 to 7 years of functional and Technical Experience - Development and/or Design Experience in Software as a Service / Salesforce.com - Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable Professional Skill Requirements - Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment - Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment - Desire to work in an information systems environment - Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
