Pharmacy Technician

is an American company which operates as the second-largest pharmacy store chain in the United States.  - Treatment of complex, chronic, and/or rare conditions - High cost, often exceeding $10,000, with some costing more than $100,000 annually - Availability through exclusive, restricted, or limited distribution - Special storage, handling, and/or administration requirements - Ongoing monitoring for safety and/or efficacy - Risk Evaluation Mitigation Strategy   The technician will resolve Third Party Rejects, System Exceptions and Manual Exceptions based on a first in first out basis. The technician will communicate with patients, prescribers and third party plans to resolve exceptions as needed.  Essential Functions: - Resolve Exceptions/Issues in a timely manner.  - Release exceptions from PROMISE system.  - Work with client systems to access on-line eligibility.  - Identifies and communicates issues to the Group Supervisor and/or Call Center Pharmacists.  - Telephone communication with Plans, Processors, Patients, etc. Other duties as needed such as assisting with Order Entry, Registration, and, and Outbound Call Center.
