WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings - Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session - Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA - Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA - And More!
