What you’ll get: - High level of on-the-job training - Flexible scheduling options - Professional development assistance and RBT supervision certification support - Award winning culture and mission-driven team - The opportunity to leave work each day knowing you've made a difference What you’ll do: - Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings - Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session - Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA - Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA What you’ll need: - Required:High School Diploma - Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children - Current RBT certification - Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions - Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community Here at Bright Horizons ABA, we are a community and we aim to foster a safe and enriching environment for each child and staff member!
