WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) - Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity - Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals - Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments - Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success - And more!
