Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) $90–$100/hour | Contract | Flexible Schedule ABA Achievers is looking for a passionate and motivated BCBA to join our growing team. What You’ll Do - Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. - Oversee and support paraprofessionals. - Monitor progress through data collection and analysis. - Provide parent/caregiver training. - Develop individualized treatment programs and behavioral strategies. - Collaborate with families and team members to support client success. What We’re Looking For - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. - Current BCBA certification and required state licensure. - Experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health, or special education. - Strong communication, leadership, and data-analysis skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
