Senior IT Project Manager

- Lead IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to implementation and closure. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements. - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business requirements. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and business stakeholders. - Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution. - Monitor project progress against approved plans, budgets, and KPIs. - Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed quality, security, compliance, and governance standards. - Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. - Manage communication with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and third-party technology partners. - Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and progress reviews. - Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and closure documents. - Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies, processes, and governance. - Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle. - Support procurement and vendor management activities related to IT projects. - Ensure proper handover of completed projects to operational and support teams. - Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, depending on project requirements.
