Deli Manager -Full-Time We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Deli Manager to lead our deli team and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, high food quality standards, and a well-organised operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the deli department, driving sales, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting team development. - Manage the daily operation of the deli department - Lead, motivate, and support deli team members - Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience - Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness - Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste - Ensure products are fresh, well-presented, and fully stocked - Manage staff scheduling and assist with training and development - Monitor department performance and work towards achieving sales and margin targets - Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant food safety regulations - Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
