Store Supervisor (Full-Time)

Store Supervisor (Full-Time) SPAR IFSC is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Store Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the store, work closely with the management team, and ensure high standards of customer service, presentation, and store operations are consistently maintained. - Support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store - Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service - Assist with staff training and development - Ensure high standards of merchandising, cleanliness, and store presentation are maintained - Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety procedures - Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently - Support the achievement of sales targets and departmental objectives - Assist in opening and closing procedures as required
