Deli Manager - Full & Part-Time SPAR Firies, Killarney, Co. Kerry, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Deli Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated person who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Pay: €17.00 per hour - Oversee the day-to-day operation of the deli department, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times - Lead, motivate, and support the deli team to deliver excellent customer service - Ensure the department operates efficiently and achieves sales and profitability targets - Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance - Monitor food quality, presentation, and freshness to ensure customer satisfaction - Manage stock control, ordering, and waste levels effectively - Train, coach, and develop team members to support their performance and growth - Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed - Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment - Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently - Contribute to the ongoing development and promotion of the deli department
