About the role
B2B SalesSpanishPortuguesePythonSQLExcelProduct Marketing
Clara is the leading spend management platform in Latin America. More than 40,000 businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the fastest-growing company in Latin America. We're ~400 people, backed by Kaszek, monashees, Coatue, DST Global, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others.
What you'll do
We're looking for a AI Content Specialist to help shape how Clara shows up across our organic channels and bring our brand to life through relevant, thoughtful, and engaging content.
This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves creating content. You know how to write a strong article, turn an idea into a LinkedIn post, adapt to an executive's tone of voice, script a video, and work with designers to bring a concept to life. You're equally comfortable thinking about the bigger story and obsessing over the small details that make the final piece great.
We think about this role as AI-native. AI isn't a shortcut bolted onto content work, it's part of how the work gets designed and produced in the first place.
You'll work across Clara's main content channels—including our corporate and leadership LinkedIn profiles, blog, website, and video—with occasional support for other social platforms and paid initiatives.
We're looking for someone who is chronically online in the best possible way: curious about what's happening on the internet, attentive to how brands and creators communicate, and constantly spotting formats, conversations, and trends that Clara can participate in without forcing it.
Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership. You can start with a blank page, develop an idea, write the copy, brief and collaborate with design, gather feedback and approvals, and make sure the final piece actually gets published—and published well.
- Create high-quality content across Clara's organic channels, including LinkedIn, blog articles, website content, video scripts, executive communications, and other social media formats using Google Drive for seamless document collaboration.
- Treat AI as core infrastructure for how content gets made, not just a drafting shortcut. Go beyond prompting — build and maintain real automations that connect tools using N8N or custom GPTs to take repetitive work off your plate.
- Write and execute content for Clara's leadership team, adapting to established voices and ensuring each piece feels authentic to the person publishing it.
- Own content projects end-to-end: develop concepts, write copy, coordinate with designers, manage feedback and approvals, and schedule or publish final pieces.
- Identify opportunities for video and spontaneous content around our offices, people, customers, and events, capturing raw content and collaborating with designers on final output.
- Stay close to internet culture and trends relevant to our audience, translating them into meaningful B2B fintech communications.
- Maintain a consistently high editorial bar across all channels, paying strict attention to language, tone, formatting, visual execution, and audio/video quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Events, Design, PR, Growth, and Product Marketing teams using Slack to align priorities and turn company milestones into compelling stories.
Who you are
Must haves
- Native/fluent Spanish and working proficiency in English.
- 3+ years of experience in content, social media, editorial, copywriting, or a related creative role, ideally at a startup, fintech, content/social team, or creative agency.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt clear, creative, and persuasive copy across different formats, audiences, and leadership voices.
- Builder mentality with hands-on experience using AI tools to create workflows, automate tasks, and refine content output with strong critical judgment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating range across social content, articles, campaigns, scripts, or end-to-end executed projects.
- High digital fluency with strong instincts for B2B communication, internet culture, and social media dynamics.
- Proven project ownership with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to content creation.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a commitment to high-quality execution.
Nice to haves
- Basic proficiency in Portuguese or a desire to learn it.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered or automated content production workflows using N8N or similar platforms.
- Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, technology, financial services, or managing executive/leadership communications.
- Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python to track content performance and metrics.
- Basic visual editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut) for quick adjustments and video concepting.
- A good sense of humor.
Why Clara
- A high talent-density team driven to make an impact in Latin America — low ego, high ownership.
- Competitive salary and stock options (ESOP) from day one.
- An annual learning budget and accelerated development paths.
- English is our working language, with Spanish and Portuguese every day.
How we work

Hybrid at Clara
Claridians split their time between the office, customers and home. We don't set a minimum number of office days for most roles, but we expect you to spend time there naturally, and most days during your ramp-up or when your leader asks.
If you meet the must-haves, apply — the nice-to-haves are a bonus, not a requirement.
