Clara is the leading spend management platform in Latin America. More than 40,000 businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the fastest-growing company in Latin America. We're ~400 people, backed by Kaszek, monashees, Coatue, DST Global, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others. What you'll do We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive - Fleet & Mobility Specialist to accelerate our market penetration in the logistics and corporate sectors by acquiring companies with large vehicle fleets. Your main objective will be to migrate operational spend—such as fuel, maintenance, and route travel expenses—from traditional legacy schemes toward Clara's platform, ensuring real-time control, immediate tax deductibility, and the elimination of operational fraud. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Large Fleet Prospecting: Actively identify and close corporate accounts (distribution companies, last-mile delivery, field services, manufacturing) operating medium to large vehicle fleets. - Consultative Mobility Sales: Evaluate the client's current fuel dispersion and travel expense processes to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of using Clara through parameter controls, dynamic limits, and real-time visibility. - Operations & Finance Negotiation: Lead complex sales committees, successfully aligning the Director of Logistics (focused on daily operations) with the Director of Finance (focused on cash flow and tax deductibility). - Driving Adoption: Ensure that once a contract is signed, cards and platform access are correctly distributed and utilized by drivers and route managers to maximize Total Payment Volume (TPV). Who you are “We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.” Must haves - Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically within the fuel control industry, vehicle leasing, or fleet management technology. - Deep understanding of local tax laws regarding fuel deductibility and authorized electronic wallet regulations. - Solid grasp of logistics operations, driver expense management, and cost-leakage prevention. - Proven track record of navigating complex corporate sales cycles and delivering technical demonstrations of SaaS platforms. - Experience or interest in AI tools to automate sales workflows. - Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a high degree of adaptability to fast-changing environments. Nice to haves - Background working at or competing against industry players like Edenred, Sodexo, Element, TIP, Samsara, or Geotab. - Experience utilizing HubSpot for pipeline tracking and Slack for cross-functional internal alignment. - An established network of contacts within the transportation, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. - A good sense of humor.
