Clara is the leading spend management platform in Latin America. More than 40,000 businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the fastest-growing company in Latin America. We're ~400 people, backed by Kaszek, monashees, Coatue, DST Global, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others. What you'll do We're looking for a Working Capital & Cash Management Relationship Manager to accelerate the growth of the company’s portfolio through the prospecting, structuring, and closing of B2B deals. In this role, you will offer financial working capital solutions and transactional tools (Cash Management) that optimize our clients' cash flow cycles. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Origination and Prospecting: Actively identify and acquire new medium and large enterprises that require financing for their daily operations or modernizations of their treasury setups. - Credit Structuring: Design short-term credit proposals (revolving lines, simple loans, factoring) tailored to the client’s accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) needs. - Cash Management Sales: Position key transactional solutions, such as payment dispersion platforms (for suppliers and payroll) and advanced collection and reconciliation systems. - Committee Defense: Partner with the analysis team to prepare and defend commercial and risk proposals before the Credit Committee to secure formal approvals. - Cross-selling: Increase the profitability of each acquired client by seamlessly integrating more of Clara's corporate products into their daily financial operations. Who you are “We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.” Must haves - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Enterprise Banker, or Corporate Account Executive in financial institutions or commercial credit Fintechs. - Strong technical expertise in analyzing and interpreting financial statements to evaluate credit viability. - Deep understanding of the cash conversion cycle (Inventory Days, Days Sales Outstanding, and Days Payable Outstanding). - Solid operational knowledge of transactional products and corporate treasury systems (Cash Management). - Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. - Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and sales pipelines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial structures into clear business benefits for high-level decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, CEOs). - Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a resilient, results-oriented commercial drive. Nice to haves - Experience or familiarity handling day-to-day team coordination via Slack and managing corporate data rooms through Google Drive. - Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python to dissect financial data and portfolio performance. - A good sense of humor. Build Your Sales Career at Clara At Clara, we don’t just offer a sales job—we provide an environment designed for high performance, long-term wealth, and continuous career growth. What We Leave Behind If you have been in sales long enough, you know the industry’s bad habits. We actively reject them: - No “Rolodex” Hiring: We don’t hire just for connections. When we hire you, we invest in your quick success and long-term retention. The Clara Sales Model We engineered a transparent system built to help you win big: - #Ownership (Uncapped Potential): We deeply value the Individual Contributor. Your variable compensation is directly aligned with business goals, with real-time visibility over your metrics so you always know exactly where you stand. - #Inclusivity (Teamwork Meets Territory): We carve out clear, fair territories so you can autonomously run your own book of business, backed by a highly collaborative global team. - #Pride (A Product That Delivers): We build exceptional spend management products that actually solve the customer’s pain points, making your pitching process smoother and more impactful. - #ABC (An Expanding Arsenal): We never settle. Continuous platform innovation and new product launches mean you always have an ever-growing toolkit to cross-sell and hit your targets faster.
