Part Time Mothers Helper– Washington DC A family in Washington DC (20001) is seeking a reliable, experienced caregiver to assist three children (ages 6mo, 2.5 years, 4 years) with pick up from school and basic care needs in the afternoon. Schedule: - Monday - Friday 3pm-7pm - Approximately 20 hours per week Family Specifications: - Household with three children ages 6 months to 4 years - Elementary school is a 5-10 minute walk from the family home Responsibilities: - Assist with some household chores like laundry, toys, light cleaning - Pick up the school aged children from school (school in walking distance) - Assist with basic care, meal times, and playtime - Transportation via family's provided vehicle on days when weather is not appropriate to walk Requirements: - Prior experience providing private childcare for infants, multiples, and school age children - CPR certified or willing to get CPR certification - Valid driver’s license Preferred: - Spanish, French, or English as first language Compensation: - $25-30/hour All candidates will be subject to a background check.
