If you're someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working collaboratively with diverse teams, we'd love to hear from you. - Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and systems using Microsoft Office and specialized software - Maintain meticulous records and ensure data quality by conducting regular verification and validation checks - Organize, file, and manage documents and records in both digital and physical formats to optimize accessibility - Support administrative tasks including document preparation, photocopying, and correspondence management - Collaborate with team members across departments to gather information and clarify data requirements - Prioritize multiple data entry projects effectively while meeting established deadlines - Analyze data for discrepancies and errors, reporting findings to supervisors for resolution - Assist with general clerical duties including scheduling, appointment coordination, and database updates - Maintain confidentiality and follow established security protocols when handling sensitive information - Communicate professionally with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency **Required Qualifications:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong typing speed and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment - Basic mathematical skills for numerical data entry and verification - Professional communication skills, both written and verbal - Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work responsibilities - Understanding of data confidentiality and information security best practices**Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous office or administrative experience - Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) - Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs - Knowledge of database management systems - Certification in data entry or office administration - Experience with document management systems All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
