Lead Project Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities - Deliver projects on-time and within budget - Own technical scope and engineering deliverables - Reduce project risks through proactive mitigation - Coordinate stakeholders to unblock engineering execution - Ensure quality via reviews, testing, and commissioning Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field - 5+ years engineering project leadership experience - Proven delivery of complex projects (design to commissioning) - Strong understanding of engineering standards and processes - Experience with project management methodologies and tools - Project engineering and systems integration - Requirements, design review, and technical documentation - Risk management and mitigation planning - Testing, commissioning, and quality assurance - Tools: MS Project, Jira, AutoCAD/Revit (as applicable) - Cross-functional leadership and communication - Stakeholder management and negotiation - Problem-solving and decision-making - Ownership and accountability - Risk-aware planning and execution
