About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus in accordance with service standards.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate guest preferences, VIPs, and special occasions to the team.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests, providing accurate information about menus, promotions, and outlet facilities.
- Monitor guest flow, table availability, and waiting times to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Coordinate closely with the restaurant service team and management to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintain the hostess area and personal presentation to the highest standards of cleanliness, grooming, and professionalism.
