Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, tea, and other drinks. - Maintain consistently high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and taste. - Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests. - Take and accurately process guest orders and payments. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and work areas. - Ensure coffee machines, equipment, and utensils are properly maintained and cleaned. - Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control. - Follow hotel standards, food safety regulations, and departmental procedures. - Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently. - Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
