About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, acknowledge, and professionally engage with guests, creating a warm and personalized arrival experience.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, table allocations, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure all guest preferences, VIP details, and special occasions are communicated to the team.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, promotions, outlet concepts, operating hours, and hotel facilities to confidently assist guests.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs, handle requests and feedback, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate closely with F&B and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and guest flow.
- Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with luxury hotel service standards at all times.
