Key Details - Location: Role is based in Limerick  - Transport: Own car essential – fuel card provided. - Weekends (Sat & Sun): 4-hours each - morning shift - Total 8 Hours Your Role Team & Performance Management - Support and motivate a team of merchandisers to deliver client KPIs and field excellence. - Provide regular support, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team success.Scheduling & Coverage - Complete field visits to territory locations. - Ensure optimal team deployment and efficiency.Retail Execution - Oversee all merchandising and orders. - Guarantee execution aligns with both FMI and client standards.
