Play a key role in Trackman’s U.S. shipping operations
We’re looking for a reliable Shipping Associate to manage domestic small-parcel fulfillment, ensuring orders are packed accurately and shipped on time to customers across the United States. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who values precision, consistency, and being part of the operational backbone of a globally recognized golf technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship small-parcel orders using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and shipping software.
- Process online orders and maintain product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or eBay.
- Monitor tracking, resolve shipping issues, and manage returns.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and reconciliation.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and shipping inquiries.
- Support workflow improvements and help optimize shipping costs.
