Join the Walmart team as a Technical Operations Analyst II!   As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will be working within project & program management, providing support to implementation of business solutions. This will be done through - Building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders - Identifying business needs - Determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices - Monitoring progress and results - Recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities - Adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.  Ideal Candidates will have: - Project management experience - Experience with ERP Platforms - Working with Predictive and adaptive project management - Experience with resource management tools for capacity planning  *Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role*   - Bachelors degree & 1 year of experience in technical project/program management OR 4 years of experience in project/program management
