Artinis & NIRx develop technology used by leading universities, researchers and industry partners around the world to better understand the human brain and physiology. We’re an international organisation, but we work with relatively flat structures and short lines of communication.  People are trusted to take ownership of their work, ask questions and improve things when they see a better way. For this role in particular, you’ll be joining at a time when our finance processes are evolving following the merger. There’s room not only to manage the day-to-day administration, but also to help us create more consistency, structure and reliability as the organisation grows. You can also expect: - A collaborative and international working environment - A role with plenty of autonomy and responsibility - Short decision-making lines and direct access to colleagues across the business - Opportunities to learn and develop - A competitive compensation and benefits package - A team that values practical solutions and continuous improvement
