We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join the core French team and work directly with the Head of Operations. This is not a “watch and learn” internship. You’ll be in the engine room, helping us build, fix, optimize, and scale. What you’ll actually do : - Be the right hand of the Head of Operations - Build and improve real operational processes (not slides) - Make Customer Success & Customer Support fast, smooth, and human - Fix broken workflows and create better ones - Work with partners, suppliers, bike workshops - Create simple, scalable processes, docs, and tools - Spot problems before customers do, and solve them - Help turn a young operation into a well-oiled machine
