Company Perks/Benefits:  - Starting pay $24.00 (Full wage scale $24.00-$26.75) - Full Time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm  - Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance for eligible employees  - Supplemental Insurance  - Flex Spending and HSA Accounts for eligible employees  - Pet Insurance  - Life Insurance for eligible employees  - 401 K plan with up to 3% employer match after one year of service  - PAID TIME OFF (PTO) for eligible employees  - PTO Donation  - Growth and Development Opportunities  - Employee Referral Program  - Employee Assistance Program  - National Brand Discounts  - Tapcheck- early pay access  - PAID training and orientation  What You Get To Do:  The Quality Assurance Specialist will verify the quality of the services provided and compliance with internal policies and state/federal regulations in programs across Dungarvin Inc, including Supported Living services, Developmental Disability Agency (DDA) services, developmental and behavioral services, and employment services.  Assist with strategic planning, policy/systems/forms maintenance and development, and program assessments.   What Makes You a Great Fit:  - 3 years of experience working with individuals and programs for people with developmental disabilities with progressive levels of responsibility required.   - High School Diploma or GED  - Preference given to applicants with a college degree in special education, social work, psychology, or related field is preferred.    - Must have a strong commitment to the on–going improvement of services for individuals with disabilities.   - Must have knowledge of adult training techniques and quality assurance processes.     - Must have software and computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel.    - Ability to travel to various program locations and work various hours. - Have a valid Drivers License and a reliable vehicle.  Dungarvin believes that diversity and inclusion make our organization stronger.
