Sr Java Developer

Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services. Preferred • At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks •At least 7 years experience of Core Java, J2EE applications • At least 7 years experience in Websphere (WAS) configuration commands (performance tuning related) • At least 7 years experience in Performance Tuning of Complex web applications, Service Oriented Architecture (especially SOAP Web Services), • At least 7 years expereience in RDBMS and SQL tuning, JVM Heap/memory, Thread Dump, Network latency analysis • URL profiling using F12 (browser debugger) tools • At least 7 years experience in doing deep dive analysis of Code and Configuration to identify tuning opportunities, propose and code solutions (expertise in APM tools like dynaTrace will be an added advantage) • Team player who can work with diverse stakeholders (like business owners/ITS) groups and independently with less supervision and direction • Capable of setting up performance related processes/guidelines including onboarding technology teams to these processes/guidelines. Qualifications Basic •Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 7 years of experience with Java technologies ** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
