blueStone Executive Search has focused the last decade exclusively on aligning superior talent with full-time and contract to hire opportunities in the Information Technology sector. blueStone Executive Search is currently helping our client, a top business services company in the Indianapolis area, find a permanent ScrumMaster to join their team immediately. The ScrumMaster will lead and guide project teams using the Agile methodology, act as a principle project leader and guide and advise the teams of best practices.The ScrumMaster will be chiefly responsible for: · Leading project teams as a ScrumMaster by providing a deeper understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum.  · Leading daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum related meetings.  · Coaching and mentor team members on Agile practices, roles, and supporting tools.  The qualified ScrumMaster will have the following knowledge and skill requirements: · Demonstrates Agile values, principles, and concepts while exhibiting an enthusiastic and positive attitude.  · Can effectively teach all aspects of Scrum to others.  · Must have real life experience in practical management of Agile/Scrum teams. · Certified ScrumMaster/Scrum Practitioner with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience using Agile/Scrum.  · Must be able to communicate with teams and connect with people individually.  · Effectively manages conflict and supports collaboration among team and Product Owner.  · Must be able to facilitate discussion and different approaches in a collaborative fashion.  · Must be able to help a team meet short and long-term goals using Agile methods.  · Experience in building a new Agile/Scrum team and assisting them in becoming self organizing.  · Experience in helping management understand Agile/Scrum.  · Must have a servant leadership mindset, by putting the team first and leading from behind.  · Experience with various retrospective formats, keeping things fresh through creative and innovative techniques.  · Impeccable communication. · Bachelor's degree required · Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Practioner (CSP), PMI-ACP, or Kanban certification preferred.   Salary range is $90,000-$100,000+ bonus and competitive benefits package.
