Direct Support Professional (Urgently)

As a DSP, you’ll make a difference every day by supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independent, fulfilling lives. What You’ll Do: - Provide daily support with personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders. - Assist with community outings, recreational activities, and skill-building opportunities. - Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of those in your care. - Keep accurate records and documentation. - High school diploma or equivalent (required). - Caregiving or human services experience preferred, but not required we provide paid training! - Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills. - Must pass background check; valid driver’s license preferred.
