eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability. Our unique approach combines laser-cooled trapped ions with microwave control and tailored magnetic fields. Our next-generation computing machines under development will be able to find solutions to problems that are out of reach today, thus enabling new innovative products and services for a brighter future. We are looking for a Sachbearbeiter Einkauf (f/m/d) to join our team. Responsibilities: - Process and maintain order confirmations, including checking them against purchase orders for prices, quantities, delivery dates and terms, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers - Track delivery dates, follow up consistently with suppliers in case of delays, and inform the relevant departments of schedule changes in a timely manner - Create and maintain items in the ERP system, including item master data, manufacturer part numbers, prices, lead times and purchasing information - Maintain supplier data, including master data, contact details, terms and conditions, certificates and supplier evaluations - Ensure high data quality through regular data reviews and cleansing, including the identification and resolution of duplicate records - Support operational purchasing processes, from purchase requisitions through to invoice verification - Contribute to the continuous improvement of master data standards and purchasing processes within the ERP system
