- Hands-on experience combining technical SEO, AI automation, and digital marketing - Proven track record of using LLM tools (Claude, OpenAI) to generate and optimize technical content grounded in real customer pain points - Ability to build and maintain AI workflows, custom agent loops, and scheduled automation runs - Strong interest in sales alignment: you measure success by qualified leads and conversations, not just search rankings - Fluent in English (German language skills are a strong plus). - Experience with WordPress and a B2B or IT consulting background is a big advantage - Flexibility: Work fully remote from anywhere in Romania or join us at one of our partner coworking spaces. - Coworking Budget: We cover the monthly cost for a coworking space near you. - Attractive Compensation: Competitive salary plus an annual RON 15.000 training budget, performance-based bonuses, and a wide range of benefits. - Modern Equipment: The latest hardware (including MacBook Pro) and modern software tools for efficient remote collaboration. - Premium Health Insurance - Additional benefits: To be defined jointly as we grow the team This role is remote-first.
