THE POSITION As Marketing Intern, you will support the Director of Marketing Communications in portfolio focused campaigns and strategic projects. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, campaign development, brand positioning, and commercial activities , directly contributing to the growth of our hotels and corporate brand. This internship gives you real responsibility, real impact, and real learning opportunities. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions - Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities - Supporting campaigns and lead generation initiatives - Assisting in developing marketing plans and analyzing market trends - Identifying potential weaknesses and suggesting improvements - Supporting managers during negotiations when needed HOW YOU’LL DO IT - By being a warm, helpful communicator and guest-oriented thinker - By putting things into perspective and supporting business goals - By thinking outside the box to create unique marketing initiatives - With strong organizational skills and a love for structure - By being proactive, hands-on, and a true team player
