Deburring & Finishing Technician - Entry Level

We're looking for a Deburring & Finishing Technician to help turn precision-machined components into finished products that meet demanding customer specifications. At KMM, our team supports mission-critical components for medical device, aerospace, defense, space exploration, and high-tech manufacturing. The parts moving through our shop may support surgical tools, life-saving equipment, space manufacturing, aircraft, and advanced technology. This is hands-on work with a future attached to it. We offer the option of working 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday. Enjoy a long weekend! 🔧What You’ll Do You'll use hand tools and specialized equipment to deburr and finish precision components while supporting quality and production requirements. - Deburr and finish precision-machined parts to customer specifications - Use hand tools and specialty deburring and finishing equipment - Operate automated passivation and parts-washing systems - Perform titanium anodizing and related finishing processes - Perform sandblasting, cleaning, and other finishing operations - Inspect parts for burrs, surface imperfections, and finishing quality - Follow routers, work instructions, drawings, and customer specifications - Accurately record production, inspection, scrap, and rework information - Identify and report quality, safety, and nonconformance issues - Assist with product flow, material handling, and production support - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
