Senior IAM Identity and Access Management (Face-2-Face Interview)

Note: - Entitlements Products (i.e. OES, CEPM, Axiomatics) is mandatory Job Description:- Opening for a Senior Identity and Access Management Professional in the NY/NJ area. The successful candidate should have a strong track record of delivering IAM and Entitlements solutions from inception to deployment in the Production environment. Duties & Responsibilities: - Understand the methodology and technology used to plan and implement Entitlements / Fine grained authorization and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems - Document the security requirements for all phases of the project - Identify and document the deliverables and track to delivery - Create a project plan, track and control the execution of the project - Divide and assign the tasks to the team members globally and track progress - Communicate to stakeholders of the project progress on a weekly basis - Escalation management and motivating the team to deliver on time and on budget - Onboard applications into the Entitlements platform - Work with product vendors in getting support for the team in case of technical issues. - Development and documentation of Entitlements - Educate the project participants in their roles and responsibilities for IAM - Identify dependencies and resolve roadblocks for the implementation team proactively - Provide thought leadership on IAM implementation - Coordinate with offshore team to prepared documentation, install & configuration of Entitlements products, customize IAM product using Java and .Net programming language - Testing and migration of the IGA/IAM system into the production environment. - Support for the system after the production migration is complete - Work with the offshore team to complete the documentation, implementation, production migration and support. - Manage the that the tasks with offshore are completed to the customer’s satisfaction Customer Security Liaison will include: - Advise customer on the implementation and ongoing operation. - Deliver and discuss deliverables with customer - Solicit feedback and coordinate delivery of feedback to various teams Skill, Experience & General information Required: Basic Technical Requirements - Entitlements Products (i.e. OES, CEPM, Axiomatics) - Directory Services Products (i.e. Microsoft ActiveDirectory, Oracle Directory) - Virtual Directory Products (i.e. RadiantOne VDS) - Application Security (IBM AppScan, Fortify, Veracode, Prevoty, AppDefender) Desirable Skills - IGA Products (i.e. RSA Aveksa, SailPoint IdentityIQ) - IAM Products (i.e. IBM Security IAM, Oracle IAM, and CA SiteMinder) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Worked in onshore/offshore model - CISSP Certification Connect with me at https://www.linkedin.com/in/mir-hasham-ali/  (For Direct Clients Requirements) ** U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply.
