Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services. - At least 4 years of experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2 and Content Navigator. - Excellent hands-on experience on IBM Case Manager Installations and Administration skills. - Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies. - Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances project requirements. - Excellent software demonstration skills with critical-thinking and analytical skills. - Experience on IBM Case Manager, IBM Datacap and IBM Content Navigator is a plus. - Experience with other enterprise content management applications like SharePoint, Documentum, Opentext, IBM Filenet. - Has experience in Tool evaluation and recommendation in ECM space. - Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate at all levels to achieve win-win situations. - Should have experience in working with Global teams. - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
