QA Performance Engg & Testing (Financial domain)

Job Description:- - At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design - At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting. - At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Delivery in which at least 4 years of experience in Performance Testing - At least 4 years of experience in Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) and reporting Skills. - At least 3 years of experience in non-functional requirements with various stakeholders - At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design; Solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts - At least 4 years of experience in tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace or CA Introscope along with Open Source and Native Performance tools for Web/App and DB layers - At least 3 years working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution. - At least 3 years of experience of PT phases and pre-requisites for data setup - Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment - Ability to lead/handle a team up to 10 core engineers from local or remote place is expected. - Experience with Financial domain is preferred. - Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment - Analytical skills - Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Basic Qualifications :- - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. - At least 4 years of experience with IT.
