Purpose of Role: The Project Planner / Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, resource plans, and man-hour forecasts to ensure successful project delivery. The role supports project managers by coordinating resources, monitoring utilisation, tracking project progress, and providing accurate reporting on resource loading, capacity, and schedule performance.  This role is an office-based role located in Dublin. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project planning tools. - Create work breakdown structures (WBS), project timelines, and milestones. - Monitor project progress against baseline schedules. - Track planned versus actual man-hours and report on variances. - Provide regular project progress, resource, and capacity reports. - Identify scheduling or resource issues and escalate risks promptly. - Support Project Managers by coordinating planning activities to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Role Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field. - 3-5 years of project planning, coordination, resource planning, or PMO experience. - Strong understanding of resource loading and workforce planning. - Experience tracking man-hours and labour forecasting. - Experience with Project Management software, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Excellent organisational and communication skills.   What We Offer   - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing business. - Exposure to complex and high-profile projects. - Professional development and career progression opportunities. - Collaborative and supportive working environment. - Competitive salary and benefits package.   - Bourke & Co.
