About the Role
Are you a designer with a strong point of view and a great eye for brand? InMarket’s Marketing team is looking for a Brand Designer to help shape and evolve how our brand looks and feels across every touchpoint. We’re looking for someone who understands what makes a brand feel distinctive, polished, and consistent: from typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy to the details that bring a brand system to life. You’ll help develop InMarket’s visual identity and apply it across marketing campaigns, digital experiences, sales materials, events, social, and other customer-facing experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking a concept from idea to execution, building thoughtful visual systems, and finding creative ways to make a brand stand out in a B2B environment. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Content, Product, and Sales to translate ideas into strong visual experiences.
We’re also an AI-forward company and are looking for designers who are curious about how AI can improve creative workflows, systems, and experimentation. You don’t need to be an AdTech expert on day one. You do need to be a strong designer, curious, collaborative, and excited to build and evolve a brand.
Your Daily Impact as a Brand Designer

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, design systems, and reusable visual assets.
- Bring consistency and a strong visual point of view to how InMarket shows up across the business.
- Partner with Content, Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate ideas, messaging, and business priorities into compelling visual concepts.
- Take projects from initial concept through final execution, balancing creativity with business objectives.
- Help establish creative standards and improve the quality and consistency of work produced across the organization.
- Explore new creative formats, tools, and AI-enabled workflows that make design work more efficient and effective.
Your Experience & Expertise
- 2–4 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, marketing design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design, brand thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, layout, and brand systems.
- Experience applying a brand identity consistently across multiple channels and formats.
- Experience designing marketing materials such as websites/landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, campaigns, or event materials.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn a brief or business objective into a clear visual direction.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through execution with minimal hand-holding.
- Experience working within or helping develop brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
- Experience with AI tools as part of your creative workflow, or a genuine interest in building AI-enabled design processes.
- Experience with social content, motion/video, or digital design is a plus.
- Experience with AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, data, media, or technology is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
