Product Manager | SuperApp

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Super App team and help shape the future of our ecosystem. In this role, you will own product initiatives end-to-end, from identifying customer needs and defining solutions to delivering impactful features at scale. - Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Super App products and continuously evolve them based on customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities. - Translate ambiguous opportunities and complex problems into clear product strategies, actionable initiatives, and measurable outcomes. - Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirement definition to execution, launch, and continuous optimization. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, business, and operational teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. - Leverage data, AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, accelerate workflows, and increase product delivery speed and quality. - Build customer-centric products by deeply understanding user behavior, gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and turning insights into product improvements. - Use data confidently to define success metrics, measure product performance, monitor adoption, and identify growth opportunities. - Own medium- to large-scale feature launches, ensuring successful execution, adoption, and measurable business impact. - Manage stakeholder communication effectively and act as the key point of alignment between product, business, and technology teams. - Continuously improve existing products by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and prioritizing improvements based on impact. - Create clear product documentation, maintain alignment across teams, and establish effective processes for product execution. - Embrace ownership beyond defined responsibilities, contributing wherever needed to help the team solve problems and achieve shared goals.
