Product Manager | DER

As a Product Manager, you will help drive the end-to-end development and delivery of impactful products and features, ensuring they meet high standards and create meaningful value for users and stakeholders. You will act as a key point of contact for product-related topics, bringing together business, technical, and user perspectives to turn insights into effective product decisions. - Drive the end-to-end product development process, from discovery and requirements gathering through documentation, development, launch, and continuous improvement. - Manage in-life products by gathering customer feedback, identifying requirements and issues, and translating insights into actionable product improvements. - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective product solutions. - Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. - Prepare, communicate, and iterate on Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on stakeholder and team feedback. - Lead the delivery and launch of medium-to-large product features, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. - Define, monitor, and analyze meaningful product metrics to evaluate feature performance and impact. - Analyze product usage data and user feedback to generate insights and inform product development and roadmap decisions. - Prioritize features and tasks based on user needs, business value, data, and strategic objectives. - Conduct feature impact analysis and use findings to improve the effectiveness of owned features. - Identify opportunities to accelerate product delivery while maintaining quality and stakeholder alignment. - Organize and communicate team status, progress, obstacles, dependencies, and functional sequencing to relevant stakeholders. - Contribute to more data-driven feature recommendations and roadmap decisions. - Support continuous improvement of product development processes and team collaboration.
