This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing work involving derailment response, specialty lifting, railcar repair, and track maintenance. The Assistant Manager will work closely with Supervisors and field teams, help resolve operational challenges, maintain safety standards, and coordinate projects in fast-paced and time-sensitive environments.
