Overview   *** This position is contingent upon contract award ***   SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Environmental Safety & Health Manager to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location.   Essential Job Duties   - Expert knowledge of occupational safety and health, fire protection engineering, or environmental compliance and restoration management concepts, principles, practices, and procedures, body of laws, and regulations.  Minimum Requirements   - Active in scope Secret security clearance. - Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, Fire Protection Engineering,Industrial Hygiene, Health Physics, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. - Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience. - A credential in the area of expertise (Professional Engineer license, Certified Safety professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, qualified environmental professional or approved equivalent).  Work Environment - Must reside at an overseas location. - Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions. - Wearing of location appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.Working at SOSi All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
